The Bachelorette: Castles, Puppets and Roses, oh my!

Dang... 40 minutes late!

8:40 PM- So yeah, I had basketball practice. Anyway, time for Asha to update me on what I missed.

... updating...

So it sounds like I didn't miss toooo much. The drama involving Arie didn't seem to be all that exciting. Maybe I had to see it to really appreciate the drama. Hopefully my blog won't suffer very much due to my tardiness.

8:45 PM- Oh yeah, I caught most of Wolf's date. Seems like Wolf opened up a bit, seemed like an enjoyable date. He just walked in after the group date announcement. He came in saying it went well and after that, "psh, he's going home," proclaimed Asha.

Ok, so Sean is out in the middle of the street in Prague searching for Emily. He looks kind of stupid right now. It's funny because in these shots, he's LITERALLY the only person out in the city right now. By the way, is this the thing to do now? "Sneak" out to see Emily because you love her so much? Hey, there are rules to this game, people!

ALSO, excuse my "French" but... why in the hell was Emily randomly standing outside by herself in some ally looking area? She better have been looking for cell service cuz from what I saw, she was trying to get raped.

8:49 PM- these suckers are going on a date. I don't know where they are, but they got beers and made out at the table.

Question, - hold up: they kissin' all out in the street now. Dang folks, get a room. - Ok, back to my question, ladies, would you use tongue on all of these kissing moments? It looks like they swap a lot of spit and well... it seems like there's a very high possibility for EVERYBODY to get mono.

8:50 PM- Just went to commercial and we caught a tease of some of Chris' (aka Mr. Ostrich) confessional moments. He seems like such a... whiner. And gets a little too worked up over things. I get it - you like her, you kind of think you love her but shut UP. The way this thing works, she HAS to see the other dudes. Was this not explained to him?

8:56 PM- We're back and Chris is already extremely uncomfortable. I feel like I'm hatin' on this guy but he's just givin' out too much material.

8:57 PM- Does anyone else find it hilarious whenever Emily spits out facts about the places they go, like she studied it or something?

8:58 PM- A little personal time now with Doug, looks like they're doing a TON of walking on this personal time. They're in a CASTLE. Last time I checked, those suckers had a whole lot of rooms and they decided to pretty much walk across the entire thing to a secluded room. Too much walking.

9:00 PM- This looks like Doug is about to go home now. Asha agrees. Uh oh... dramatic music just started... haha, and Doug is talking about wanting to spend time with her. This is not looking good for him... Emily is known for pulling the okey doke on these guys though.

YES, I knew he was gonna go in for that kiss, buuuuuuuuut it's too late.

9:01 PM- "Did I do something wrong" - Doug. I get the feeling Emily has had lots of practice before this show dumping people.

9:02 PM- Bye, Doug.

At least he didn't have to face everyone else. How long was this personal time, by the way? Anyway, Doug just took WAY too long to make any moves. And you know what happens when you do that? You end up alone in the car crying while talking to the camera.

Commercial.

Magic Mike. The only thing that movie makes me wanna do is workout.

Secret millionaire. How come I can't find/befriend one of those?! I'm nice. I'm sure they'd want to give me some money.

9:08 PM- We're back and Emily is now sitting with Chris and Sean.

Haha, they get their 2 keys and of COURSE Chris wants to go first and of COURSE he gets embarrassed cuz his key doesn't open the magic door. I ALMOST feel for that guy but... I'm not too fond of ostriches.

9:10 PM- So Asha believes Arie is going to win. I will definitely say that Arie and Sean are the top 2 but Jef is the wildcard. He could pull an upset and throw everything off.

9:12 PM- Chris admits that he'll be freaking out if he didn't get the rose tonight. Pretty sure NO one is surprised by that statement.

Uh oh... Emily is trying not to make this awkward but Chris is straddling that line...
That seemed like a really short.

9:14 PM- Ok, rose time. I REALLY hope she gives this rose to Sean cuz I want to see Chris freak out.

YEEESSS! Sean gets the rose, let the madness BEGIN! (haha, Chris is so hurt right now)

Oh yes... Chris is a ticking time bomb! This gives me something to look forward to.

It's commercial time and you know what bugs me about commercials? I'll tell you. When there are really bad/cheesy ones. They bug me because I could literally write and direct them. I did it college and they were just as bad. Didn't get a job so now I'm just mad at the economy.

9:20 PM- We're back and Chris is just breaking down. You can see him just falling apart. I hope the guys pick at him and make him answer questions about his feelings because you know he'll gladly share.

9:21 PM- Emily and Jef are now on their date. I'm not sure if they're on a date or not, they're kind of just walking.

They're... talking really... deep while looking at these puppets.
Haha, he went back to get a puppet for Ricki. Lil' cheesy, but a great move. Good job wildcard Jef (his new nickname).

9:23 PM- They just walked into a crazy library and here's a little fact about Jeremy; it's on my life-goals list to go somewhere in Europe to one of those fancy cathedrals or libraries and just lay on the floor and stare at the murals on the ceilings. They're just... beautiful. (I don't say beautiful very often. Pretty much dedicate that adjective for my wife)

9:25 PM- They really just spent 5-8 TV time minutes talking through these puppets to each other? Also, Emily's puppet skills were not on par with Jef's. He looked like a pro compared to her amateur moves.

9:30 PM- Back from commercial and they've finally put the puppets away.

Jef's family seems... well, I didn't see it coming, but it was almost exactly what I thought. I know that didn't really make sense, but it made perfect sense to me.

9:32 PM- Yes, back to the guys sitting around and they just got Mr. Ostrich going. Ah man... that wasn't a long enough segment. Poop.

9:33 PM- Back to Emily and Jef laying on the floor crossing off something on MY life-goals list. Jerks.

Those two do seem to have fun together. And that's why he's Wildcard Jef!!

Haha, just had a commercial tease, I can't wait to see Chris make his move!

Another Magic Mike commercial. This thing better rake in some money because all of this advertising is getting on my nerves.

9:40 PM- We're back and it's rose ceremony time!

Mr. Ostrich tells us that he's terrified going into this rose ceremony. EVERYONE can see that Mr. Ostrich is super nervous.

9:42 PM- Emily is having a sit-down talk with host Chris. Oh, Emily just said she doesn't want to have the cocktail party.

Haha, Host Chris just announced the no cocktail party to the guys. You could see Mr. Ostrich's emotions just go crazy.

Yo, Wolf is SUPER confident about getting a rose tonight. For his sake I hope he gets a rose cuz he's going to look and feel stupid if he doesn't.

9:44 PM- Oh yeeeeaaaaahhhh, Mr. Ostrich is MELTING. His eyes are watering and red (and now he's really looking like an ostrich).

9:49 PM- We're getting a sneak peek at the Glass House. Did anyone watch that last week? I caught the first half and I'm not really sure what I think of it. IT's exactly what I thought but I still don't know if it's worth watching. Seemed like a mix of Real World and Big Brother.

9:50 PM- Back to the main event and it's time to finish this up. It's also time for Mr. Ostrich to interrupt this ceremony and pour his heart out to Emily.

If Ostrich does/says something that makes Emily waver, it's really gonna just look like it's really easy to make her second guess herself.

9:52 PM- Let's hand out some roses, shall we? Jef gets the first one (duh). Next, Arie (duh). Haha, Ostrich is like... shaking. Asha said he looks like a bobble head. I giggled cuz it's true.

9:53 PM- Final rose. Mr. Ostrich is about to POP! He just interrupted so he can talk to Emily. It looks like the other guys want to laugh... like Asha and I are doing.

Ostrich is apologizing and sharing his feelings. Is it a little too late? Did he screw it all up when he was childish the previous day? I think he was going to get a rose anyway, but we'll see.

9:56 PM- Emily and Ostrich walk back in. I wonder what the guys were talking about while waiting...

"ha... he really just interrupted this whole thing..."
"I hope he goes home."
"Yeah, me too."

Emily makes the final pick and it's... Ostrich. Not totally surprised. Wolf never really seemed to be... a real final choice. He's much, MUCH cooler than Ostrich though.

Asha just said this and I agree...I'm surprised Wolf even stayed on the show this long. Hope he doesn't cry cuz he really over-achieved. Wolf is in the car... and he didn't cry. Good man.

9:59 PM- The final 4! Arie, Sean, Jef and Ostrich. Interesting preview for next week's show. It was too dramatic for me, but we all know I'll be watching next week.

10:00 PM- Hahaha... they played hide and go seek in that castle and Doug was left counting. Who knows how high he counted to. Probably why he got kicked off.

Ok, show's over. Hope you all enjoyed my thoughts. Also, please reply and answer some of these questions I asked because I really want to know what you all think. Until next week, peace out!

Cheetah Hunt

It's been two weeks since we've been back from our first year honeymoon. Although we're back to reality in the working world, we don't mind recalling more stories about our Florida trip.  Since we went North earlier in the week, we decided to travel South to Tampa and visit Busch Gardens for the day. We couldn't resist with all of the billboards on the side of the road tempting us to get our butts down there.

The weather wasn't looking too good for us that day. There was an 80% chance of rain ALL day but we figured a little water wouldn't hurt. We luckily had not one, but TWO poncho's in the trunk of our car so we packed those and hit the road!

It poured rain the entire drive down. Things weren't looking very good at all.

The on and off rain, plus lightening and thunder making the occasional appearance throughout the day, caused many of the coasters to temporarily shut down (and by "temporarily" I actually mean "all day"). However, we weren't going to let that stop us from having a great time at the park. There's no telling how many miles we walked that day, but we trekked throughout the entire park multiple times looking at all of the rides we couldn't go on and spotting every animal we could throughout the park.

Speaking of animals, we saw a TON despite the rain and ended up getting some great pictures. The animals seemed to enjoy the rain as it did seem to cool off a bit.

We did manage to ride the ONE coaster we had been eying the entire vacation; the Cheetah Hunt. This is Busch Garden's newest coaster and lemme tell ya, it was awesome! It wasn't exactly the scariest, craziest thrill ride we've ever ridden, but it was probably the most enjoyable ride we've taken since going to Disney two years ago. The Cheetah Hunt is also the longest coaster at Busch Gardens and now the second longest coaster in the United States (it was mentioned quite a few times) AND it took us from 0-60 mph THREE TIMES throughout the ride! One thing we were surprised with was how smooth of a ride it was. There weren't any herky-jerky movements, nor were there any "climbing" portions. It was a fluid 90-second ride with 1 big drop and a couple of loops and twists. We'd say they did a pretty good job emulating a cheetah on the hunt.

We did end up purchasing one of those over-priced pictures that they take of you once you first enter the park. We couldn't resist since A. it was the only picture of us together that we had taken at the park and B. it was the best we had looked the entire day.

After a day full of walking in the rain, we were more than ready to head back to our little home for the week. Hopefully next time we'll make it to Busch Gardens on a sunny day!

Gator Chomp

This is a little embarrassing to admit but I got the idea of going on a swamp tour by watching Jersey Shore of all tv shows. I never watch the show but the one episode I did catch, they went on a swamp tour and it looked FUN. I immediately added it onto our bucket list.

With Florida being full of swamps we had to take advantage and cross that sucker off our list! After doing some hunting around, we found an awesome deal through Groupon for a 30 minute airboat ride, gator tasting, plus a photo at Black Hammock Adventures in Oviedo, Florida! We were sold :)

After driving through WAY too many toll booths, we finally arrived to our destination! We put all of our sourness aside and were excited to see some gators! We were greeted by a little gator that I was surprisingly smitten by. We each got to hold him since it was included in our Groupon. Score!

The Airboat tour was next. I was probably way more excited than the average person to wear those headphones your advised to wear.  I'm not gonna lie...I felt pretty cool :) The boat circled around Lake Jesup and at times went up to 45 mph gliding along the water. The lake is home to over 9,000 gators and we saw at least 10-15 during our 30 minute ride. It was pretty cool to see them in their natural environment. We not only saw a ton of gators, but a whooooole lotta birds nesting, feeding and swimming. I could have stayed out on that lake all day if they would have let me.

Once our tour was done, we headed over to their restaurant to try their infamous gator bites. Neither Jeremy or I have tried gator but it was included with our groupon, so why not! Rumor has it that gator tastes like chicken and it stands correct. It's a little chewier but it tastes good with some sauce! I enjoyed the bites so much that I decided to celebrate Taco Tuesday and have Gator Tacos. Nom nom nom!

Jeremy and I had a great time hanging out at Black Hammock for the day. It was one of the best Groupon's I've ever used! Money well spent! That's one thing marked off our list :)

The Bachelorette: The trophy wife goes to Croatia!

I'm late!

No, I haven't missed my period. I'm 10 minutes late on the Bachelorette.

So the wife filled me in. My first question - where exactly is Croatia? Let's Google it.

 - googling -

Dang, Croatia looks nice!

Oh snap! AND Emily sent her baggage... I mean Ricki... back home to Charlotte. Now the party can really begin!

8:13 PM- We come back and it's dinner time for Travis and Emily. It looks like they're eating in a prison.

8:15 PM- Ryan pulls yet another Pimptastic move and gets the next 1-on-1 date. Side note: his beard is kinda weird. Now... I can't speak TOO much because I literally can not grow a beard and for that, I am jealous. However, I can still point out funny lookin' facial hair and that dude's facial hair is kinda funny.

8:17 PM- Uh oh... Emily hit us all with the "okie doke". She grabbed the rose, spoke nicely of Travis... then dropped the BOMB. The look on Travis' face says, "I really wanna kick you in the shin right now." He almost cried too, glad he didn't. I feel bad for him though because man... that hurt me a little bit. He was feelin' good and everything.

Uh oh... he went and tossed the umbrella while walking in the rain. This confessional... my man is hurtin'.

Ahh jeeze the tease before commercial break shows Doug choked up. Have the guys unleashed the waterworks this easily on other seasons? I mean, my lord... bunch'a leaky faucets all over the place. I wonder if the people in these other countries, England and Croatia, think American men just cry all the time.

Commercial for Jimmy Kimmel is on. I like him, he's funny. Plus Bill Simmons (one of my favorite sports writers) worked with him and I can see the same humor.

8:23 PM- Back from commercial. That one guy (apparently his name is John "Wolf") wants this group date to be daring.

Haha, they're sitting in the theater... they look like the two old guy muppets that make fun of all the muppets in the muppet movies. I love those guys.

Man they got to see 'Brave'. I kiiiiinda want to see it as well.

8:26 PM- They're going to compete in their own Highland Games. Chris thinks he will be the bravest. We'll see...

Poor Arie, like he said, last week he had to wear a dress, this week a kilt.

Haha, they're really gonna do some Highland Games competitions. It always gets me interested when there's sports involved. You remember on the last season of 'the Bachelor' where the ladies had to play softball? That moment had the highest Jeremy viewer rating of the entire season.

So Kraft now has their line of "anything dressing". I wonder if they realize that people already put their dressings and sauce on anything. At least I do. I'll dip almost everything in some ranch and/or honey mustard.

8:30 PM- we're back and these dudes are riding some donkeys.

Chris is almost... TOO amped for this group date.

My God I wish I had a Scottish accent.

These dudes are a bunch of... Katniss Everdeens (see what I did there). They're surprisingly good at this... except for Chris.

Hahahahaha... ahhhh hahahahahahahaa. I should rewind and watch that awkward shot again.

Wow... and he wanted to go first tossing this log. Big surprise... he was disqualified.

Dang Hulk aka Sean broke the log. Well now I feel like I need to do some push ups or something.

8:35 PM- This tug-o-war game looks kind of fun. I'm gonna ask Asha to play later.

This fool Chris picked Doug. Surprise... he LOST. What is wrong with this man? Poor decision making on his part today.

8:36 PM- She better not give this bravery award to Chris. Like... for real... man, I knew it. Emily is confusing bravery with stupidity. And lameness. I hope he gets sick from kissing her.

8:38 PM- haha... they're all cold and shivering in their lil' kilts.

Yeeeessssss. The wife and I TOTALLY just played some Highland Games during commercial break. That tug-o-war game was fun.

There was a commercial for some teen that had a spear in his head. Gonna be on 'Good Morning, America'. I might have to record that one...

8:43 PM- We're back. Chris opens up this segment basically telling us that he's really feelin' himself and feels good at the moment.

Emily and Sean are talking on what looks like the most uncomfortable bench in the world. And it's cold.

8:45 PM- Arie apologizes for the London incident. That's not really why I brought that up. What I wanted to talk about is the fact that there was hardly ANYONE on the streets of Croatia. 5 people <-- that equals the number of people I counted in the background while they walked.

Ok, I lied. I didn't exactly count the people, but you get the point.

8:47 PM- So Ryan is by himself at the house. And apparently he played professional football. Notice he didn't say "NFL" cuz... there's a big difference. I also noticed that he was touchin' up the beard. We'll see if he actually fixed it.

8:51 PM- Ugh... she's giving Chris the rose. And it doesn't look like she's pulling the okie doke on this one either. Ladies, I need to know, is he as attractive as Emily thinks? He reminds me of this.

Google comes through again. So Ryan's professional football career consists of arena football and then in the NFL's Europe League (didn't really know they had that, but I'm not surprised). I just needed to know.

Commercial break: BP had the Olympic-themed ad. I love the Olympics. I get pretty patriotic and it's just captivating watching athletes (really anyone) compete so passionately in one thing.

8:56 PM- haha.. Ryan is funny. He hit them with the humble brag, "I didn't think I'd get the first second date since I got the first date..." *pats himself on the back*

Haha, Ryan was trying to throw that game at Emily in front of everyone. That was funny... mainly because it was really corny.

8:59 PM- they're going on a road trip. I wonder how it feels to drive on the other side of the car... while on the other side of the road.

Dang, that was a nice little scenic spot.

Do you like oysters? I've never had 'em before and I'm pretty sure I'd react like Emily did (spittin' it back out).

9:01 PM- hahahahahahahahahaha... that random old man was talking (yelling really) at them showing them a picture of him when he was younger.

9:02 PM- And Ryan drops the "trophy wife" again. He really hasn't gotten it that uh... she doesn't like that.

Commercial break: man... I had chicken pox... now I'm paranoid I'm gonna get shingles!

9:06 PM- And we're back. It's dinner time and I was thiiiiiis close to complimenting Ryan on his suit and then... he has on some ugly turquoise shoes. That's like a clean car with dirty tires.

9:08 PM- This trophy talk is stupid. However, Emily IS dressed like an Emmy award on this date.

9:09 PM- OH loooooooooooooord, who gave Ryan a pen and some paper AGAIN? He just HAD to write down 12 things he wants in a woman.

However, Emily looks rather disinterested. And I think Ryan feels that this is not going how he planned it. And guess what... it's not. Emily is spittin' the truth right now.

Uh oh... rose time. She grabbed it... but that's how she got poor Travis.

Hahahaha, Emily complimented Ryan saying he's good looking and with his face he said, "haha... I know."

BOOM... Emily hits us with the okie doke AGAIN. No rose for Ryan and he is piiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiissed/ completely shocked. He admits he didn't see it coming and man, this has potential to get feisty. Ryan is on the defense now. Interrupting Emily, saying she's making the wrong choice and missing out. He's trying to talk himself back into this... and I think it's working. He got her to admit that she's unsure of her decision. Man, this dude is so Pimptastic!

9:14 PM- they went to commercial. Just like a female, she became SO indecisive (sorry ladies). She needs to just be like a male and make quick, emotionless decisions. Shoot first, ask questions later (this is how wars are started by the way).

Ah man, I need to watch Wipe Out.

9:19 PM- We're back and the guys are discussing if Ryan will come back or not. It's a good discussion because he's in a fight right now.

(P.S. - I just got word the Bobcats finally hired a head coach and it's not who anyone was talking about.)

Yess, back to Ryan and Emily. He's still fighting... basically told her she's making the wrong decision. She wasn't strong with it, but she did it. I'm gonna miss Ryan's playalistic lines for Emily. I wish they'd run a montage of Ryan and his classic lines ("trophy wife" and "don't get fat" for example). But no... we just get his lonely walk through the alleys of this... castle place they're at.

9:24 PM- The guys are happy Ryan's luggage was taken. He thinks he built great relationships with everyone... but they're celebrating. That was funny. Good editing.

You can tell Ryan is one of those guys that isn't used to losing or rejection because when it happens... he CAN'T STOP TALKING. Just a complete vomiting of words. He's got to hear himself speak highly of himself so he can feel better.

9:28 PM- I've been holding my pee for quite some time. I gotta go before I embarrass myself.

Sweet, embarrassment avoided AND I made it back in time for the show.

9:30 PM- None of the other guys seem to be worried that Emily is now droppin' them like 3rd period French.

So Arie comes to visit Emily. Taking a page out of Kourtney's book (it's called 'Winning').

9:33 PM- Arie just got Ryan's rose. He should demand that it count and he's safe for the ceremony.

Ugh, they're doing some loud kissing at the moment. Not cool. Microphones are picking up too much right now.

Arie is a very... passionate kisser. Like... there's no "pecking" with this guy. He's grabbing her hair and stuff every time they make out. Calm down a lil' bit man. Leave a lil' for the imagination every now and then, my goodness.

9:40 PM- Back from commercial break and it's rose ceremony time. Hey, I just realized my top 5 (for the most part) are left in the last 6. Now I'm interested to see who she sends home. Emily just told us John and Doug are on the bubble right now.

9:42 PM- John pulls out his grandparents' funeral cards. Very sincere story, but I feel like it's putting him in the express lane heading straight for the friend zone. For his sake, I hope it works out for him. If it does, well then I need to find something kind of sad to keep in my wallet.

9:44 PM- It's Doug's turn now. Let's see what he does and says to make himself cry.

Emily is trying to make Doug a lil' more comfortable by placing his arm around her. Haha, I remember in 6th grade on a band trip, this girl in 8th grade was flirting with me and did that. Quite possibly the best bus trip I've ever taken. I even kicked out my friend to make room for her, haha. She was an 8th grader... had to be done. I didn't feel bad about it at all either, haha. But don't worry, I was a nerd and she was just being nice. Still had to take advantage of my moment though. Carpe diem. Anyway, whole point of that was to say... it was awesome.

9:47 PM- dang, I was in the zone reminiscing about my field trip... I look up and see Doug fighting tears. He's talking about his son (no surprise there). He's an ugly cryer.

Commercial time... another one for the movie, 'Brave'. I just did my own little Scottish accent for Asha. Nailed it. I'll be getting a rose tonight.

(For those who were wondering, Bobcats named former St. John's assistant coach Mike Dunlap as their new head coach. Nope... I haven't heard of him either.)

9:52 PM- Ok, this should be the final segment of tonight's episode. The 2 guys on the bubble share their feelings with one another.

Man, I wish I came up with this show.

9:54 PM- Rose ceremony begins. Obvious choices get their rose... and then Emily walks out. It would've been hilarious if she just left it that... but she went to talk to Chris (the host). She came back and couldn't hand out the final rose... what does this mean? Chris... on cue... comes in with 2 roses so yay, they both get to stay.

Haha, I bet John feels better cuz she called his name first. I know I would.

9:59 PM- Everyone's happy and hugging now. Let's see where they're going next... Oh, they're going to Prague.

Time out... Arie had some sort of former relationship with... somebody. Got some more drama!

Hey... that Glass House show is coming on. It just looks like 'Real World'. This sucks cuz I'm going to watch the beginning of this and get sucked in.

Ok, Bachelorette finished. I'll see ya next week.

366 Days of Marriage

366 days ago (thanks to leap year) we tied the knot! I guess technically it's been longer than that now that I'm just getting around to writing about it BUT we have officially made it to one year as a married couple! *insert happy dance here* We decided to celebrate by booking a much needed vacation, just the two of us, to Kissimmee, Florida at Star Island Resort. We covered Disney and Universal Studios a few years back so this trip was going to be dedicated to the adventures that Florida had to offer. We'll get to those stories later, and for now, we'll reminisce and enjoy the celebration of our one year anniversary.

I don't know what has been in the water lately, but Jeremy and I have been non-stop busy. We were burnt out from work and ready to relax and enjoy each others company. We started the day by watching our wedding video that Jeremy did an awesome job of putting together. I cried happy tears while watching so Jeremy says his mission was accomplished. The video is way too big to upload so I plan on convincing my wonderful husband to make a short one to share with you all.

I also got to add a little more bling to my ring (!!!!). To represent one year of marriage, Jeremy gave me the last band of diamonds to complete the set. My ring isn't the biggest rock in the world but I love it because it is simply unique and well, I'm unique (I'd like to think) so it's perfect! It is also a ring that belonged to Jeremy's mom so it holds a special place in my heart just because of that.

Since it was our first full day in the Sunshine State, we headed to the pool to soak up some sun for a bit. Our bodies were still trained to wake up at the break of dawn and because of that, we managed to beat everyone to the pool. We had the entire area to ourselves for the first hour which was quite nice :)

The rest of the day was spent doing one of our favorite things....SHOPPING. We were able to find some good bargains at the many outlet malls Florida holds and I was in heaven since I got to visit a two story Forever 21 and H&M.

We had a scrumptious dinner at Paradiso 37 in Downtown Disney. It was seriously delicious. I of course had my favorite, fish taco's, while Jeremy had his usual, a bacon burger with the addition of pineapple, yum!

Dinner!!!

We made sure to bring along the first tier of our wedding cake with us on the trip. We ended the night by cutting into the tradition that was indeed still delicious. Cheers to ONE YEAR!!!!

Cutting into our wedding cake!
