One of our goals for the wedding is to get our guests involved as much as possible. We've accomplished this by sending out an introduction DVD, a mad lib reply card, and well...we have some more surprises in store that you will just have to wait for.
Although we would love to invite all of our facebook and twitter friends, everyone from work, and all of our favorite artist, we had to draw the line somewhere for our guest list. We have learned that weddings are indeed (ridiculously) expensive and we simply can't pay for everyone to attend. However, that doesn't mean you all can't join in on the fun!
We like to describe ourselves as a fun-loving, creative couple. With that said, it's important to us that we make our wedding enjoyable for each and every one of our guests. That leads us to our insanely awesome RSVP cards. Take a look! (Click on the photo to enlarge)
Remember Mad Lib's? We decided to bring them back :) |
It's been so much fun coming home to snail mail. It's even more awesome coming home and reading our friends and family's response cards. We've had guests having us crip walk down the aisle, wishing us lots of years of hanky panky in order for some little Jeremy's, and also infinite years of love and happiness. We even had one of our guests turn themselves into the groom! That's the kind of creativeness we love :)
Here is where YOU come in. All you have to do is leave a comment on the blog as to what YOU would say. If you can't figure out how to leave a comment on here, we'll post a picture on facebook and you can do it there. Be creative!! That will get you closer to winning :) That's right, WINNING. Of COURSE there's a prize! We're athletes, we love competition. We've got 2 categories: one for those actually attending, and one for online responses. You have until May 13th to send in your responses. Ready. Set. GO!
What will you be winning you ask? We happen to LOVE music. All genres. So we're giving away two $15 iTunes gift cards. Better put that thinkin' cap on ;)
And for those of you who actually do have an RSVP card to send in, what are you waiting for?!?! If you want a seat and want to eat, we advise that you send that card back!!!! (please!)
